Purchasing and Returning Guidelines

Concerns and Comments:

If you have a concern, we can respond best if you communicate with us in writing by e-mail or mail. You may phone us, but your written communication will better allow us time to give your comments the thoughtful consideration and adequate response that they deserve.

Merchandise Shipments:

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks to receive shipment. Merchandise may be shipped via US Mail or UPS/FedEx ground from various Magnolia Society inventory locations.

Back-orders:

Sorry, we are not able to accommodate back-orders. If you do not receive all of the items on your order, you will be refunded the amount charged for the undelivered item(s).

Other Cancellations or Verifications:

Receiving an order acknowledgement via email doesn’t guarantee the acceptance of an order. Magnolia Society International reserves the right to limit the quantity of items ordered and / or refuse to sell to any customer. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems with your credit card. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment account) in the amount of the charge.

Returned Merchandise and Refund Policy:

If you are not fully satisfied with the merchandise, you may return it in a new, unused condition (unless you are returning due to a manufacturer’s defect) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund to the following address: Larry Langford, Magnolia Society International Treasurer, PO Box 99, Gibson, TN 38338, USA, Phone: 731-787-6873. A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns and a signed statement citing the reason for the return. A replacement item will be shipped to you or a refund given once the item being returned has been received. Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered may not be returned. We do not refund the original shipping or handling fees that you paid for your order.

Shipping and Handling:

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Dealer Sales:

Magnolia Society International reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers who intend to purchase any product(s) for the purpose of engaging in a commercial sale of that same product(s) with a third party.

Export Policy:

You acknowledge that the purchased goods licensed or sold on the Website are subject to the customs and export control laws and regulations of the United States of America and may also be subject to the customs and export laws and regulations of the country in which the products originate and/or received. By purchasing, you agree to abide by the applicable laws, rules and regulations.
