FLIGHTS
We have not included the cost of travel to/from Amsterdam/Antwerp in the tour price, leaving you free to arrange your own flights and to take advantage of the many special airline offers. Please note that we will have two transfer times from Schipol Airport to Rotterdam on the morning of Wednesday 9th April and one transfer back to Schipol Airport in the mid morning of Monday 14th April.

ADDITIONAL HOTELS
For members wishing to arrive into Holland prior to the 9th April or to depart after 14th, Arena Travel will be happy to make individual hotel reservations in Amsterdam or Brussels. Details on request.

INSURANCE
It is mandatory that all passengers have sufficient travel/medical insurance. Passengers without appropriate medical cover will not be allowed to travel. Please consult your local broker for details of available insurance. Passengers are required to forward details of their medical insurance within 15 days of receipt of their Holiday Confirmation-Invoice. Please note that if we do not receive those details at least 30 days prior to departure, you will be deemed to be in breach of contract and will be unable to travel.
CLIMATE AND CLOTHING
You can expect daytime temperatures in the 50s and low 60s Fahrenheit. We recommend light to medium-weight casual clothing and comfortable shoes for garden visits. Please don’t forget to bring rain wear
– just in case!
EXCHANGE RATES AND PRICE REVISIONS
The tour price is based on the tariffs and currency exchange rate current at the time of costing these tours (16/10/07) and published in the Financial Times (£1 sterling = h1.39 euros and $2.06 US dollars).
PASSPORTS AND VISAS
A full passport valid for at least six months after the date of return, is required for the holiday. Visas are not required by US, Canadian or EU citizens. |
HEALTH
No vaccinations or inoculations are mandatory. The cost of specialist medical treatment is high in the countries to be visited and passengers are recommended to ensure that they carry sufficient travel insurance to cover any unexpected medical bills (see above and paragraph 5 of the Reservation Conditions).
TRAVELLERS WITH DISABILITIES
Arena Travel is happy to welcome passengers with special needs wherever the appropriate arrangements can be made. Please note however, that we can only request such facilities on your behalf if we know your requirements well in advance. We therefore ask that anyone suffering from a medical condition or disability, or simply needing a little extra help during their holiday, provides full details of their special requirements on the Reservation Form. Passengers with a disability must be accompanied by an able-bodied person who is willing, and able, to assist them where necessary. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Upon receipt of your payment (and obviously subject to places being available), you will be sent a Confirmation-Invoice. Approximately 15 days before departure, you will be sent your travel wallet containing tickets, baggage tags, final detailed itinerary and joining instructions.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A deposit of 20% is payable upon booking. The balance is due not less than 72 days prior to departure.

We are pleased to accept payment by MASTERCARD, VISA or AMEX for all, or part of your holiday cost. Please complete the appropriate box on the Reservation Form if you wish to pay by Credit Card. Please note: A 2% surcharge (3% for AMEX) will be applied to all payments by credit card and to payments made using Debit MasterCard. We are also pleased to accept payment by MAESTRO and DELTA debit cards. No surcharges apply to these payments.
