Registration

  • Conference: Thursday May 7 (evening), Friday May 8 and Saturday May 9
    Registration opens on May 7 at 1 pm in the Aloft Hotel. Dinner is on your own. The Annual Meeting begins at
    7 pm that evening in the Aloft and ends after our plant auction on Saturday evening. The registration fee
    includes all meeting activities, continental breakfasts, lunches and dinners on Friday and Saturday, daily
    transportation and all admission fees. A cash bar will be available at lunch and dinner on Friday. Beer and
    wine will be available for purchase on Saturday evening.
  • Post-Conference Tour: Sunday May 10
    Participants depart by bus from the Aloft hotel in the morning, spend the day touring the Bartlett Tree
    Research Laboratories and Arboretum in Charlotte, North Carolina, and return to the hotel in the afternoon.
    The registration fee includes exclusive entrance into the Arboretum, transportation and lunch.
  • Pre-Conference Tour: Wednesday May 6
    Participants depart by bus from the Aloft hotel in the morning, spend the day at the Biltmore Estate and
    grounds in Asheville, North Carolina, and return to the hotel in the afternoon. The registration fee includes
    transportation, an expert-led garden tour, lunch, and an audio guide that enables a self-tour of the mansion's
    four floors, original art, furnishings, and history.
